Phantom 2 fans

I recently read an article in AFM stating that the F-4Es in the Hellenic (Greek) Air Force which have recently been upgraded under the Greek ‘Peace Icurus’ are now the most capable Phantoms on the planet, however I feel that is debatable… I would like to here peoples opinion on the matter, I think the Turkish F-4E 2020 Terminators are very capable as well…
