Does anyone have a contact e-mail address for Phil Butler or, otherwise, would they be willing and able to forward an e-mail from me to him. If so, please send me a PM. I have contacted Air Britain but this thread is something of a ‘belt & braces’ approach.

I’ve now made contact with one of Phil Butler’s colleagues at Air Britain and he has resolved the issue about which I wished to contact Phil Butler. But thanks to all who have taken the trouble to read this thread.
