I’ve been going to Sydney 1-2 times a year since 1999, and there is always construction going on in downtown. That is why it is, in my opinion, the nicest downtown of any major metro city that I have been to, and I’ve been to a good handlful.
I think that shot was taken from the observation deck. It was not in operation yet when I was last there in April. I’m definitely going to go up there next time down in Dec. perhaps.
