This photo is from a local press report of a school exchange visit to France. I am fourth from the right. The tall chap eighth from the left is Kevin McCloud, now presenter of Channel 4’s “Grand Designs”.
That counts!
The girl at the front 6th from right went on to design canards. Check out those spearpoints!

The Script are a great band, saw them live at Camden Roundhouse last year.
The band released their debut album, The Script, on the 11 August 2008. A terrible pic i know but around 20 years ago (hence my youthful looks) i had the good fortune to meet BoB pilot George Unwin at Duxford, and had this photo taken of us with George holding the 19 Sqdn ashtray that i own.. which he verified as an item made by one of the ‘erks’ of the time in Sept 1940.

The only other famous person I’ve met is the great Billy Connolly coming off the plane at Auckland once.
