No matter how hard Photographers tried to stop this, our present government has decided that legalised theft of any/all photographs on the internet is perfectly OK.

An absolute disgrace from start to finish.

To be honest by setting up a 3rd party to hold on to any royalties owed is a good thing, It dosnt mean any one can use you image and dosnt have to pay for the usage, its saying that Images where the copyright holder canot be found are fair game for usage.

Admittedly they dont have to make much of an effort to find you though so just make sure they can and theres nothing to worry about.
