This aircraft has been here for rather a long time ? but is constantly shuttled between maintenance and storage ? Will it or won’t it ??

Inventive title, can’t go much further east without getting wet!

CityJet reintroduced another stored a/c last month, so hopefully ‘WXB will follow soon, one previous owner, N504XJ.
