Hi Simon,
The photos are post 1951,

This crashed within 100m of Newham Buildings Farm, in fact slid past the farm house and as close as 30m.

Is this the one that crashed at the farm behind the Highlander on the A696?

There’s a photo of a selection of 612 Sqn Vampires plus a Harvard (wearing the codes 8W) with a Meteor T7 that may be WF842 in the background on the SCRAN site:
