I’m still very much tempted by Thailand in September, but I don’t think I can really afford both that and my essential trip to Budapest afterwards.
I phone ebookers.com yesterday and he offered both Etihad via Abu Dhabi (again) or Phuket Air from London Heathrow. I assured him that he was wrong and that Phuket Air certainly did not fly from Heathrow.

does anyone know when phuket air arrives at gatwick i may see it when i fly out in 2 weeks or when i come back in 1 month my outbound departure is 06:30am and return arrival is 12:55pm will it be there at either of those times?

At LGW in the peak period you can wait for ages at the runway before departing, but in the afternoons the place is absolutely dead!

Now why not a direct flight HKT-LGW?
BTW My girlfriend is currently in Phuket. Could have joined her but she asked that too late resulting in too expensive flights.
