The H-21 for the Helicopter Museum at WSM is due to arrive at about lunchtime tomorrow (Weds) from France. Shame it will be raining but good photo opportunity before it it goes under covers.

The OP says it is going “under covers” so may be worth confirming it will by then be viewable, to avoid disappointment?

Certainly the rear section was noted ‘resting’ on its journey at Fairoaks over the weekend, so presumably its been in the UK for a few days awaiting final delivery by truck.

Flying it in would require some serious pilot skills, bordering on the paranormal. The craft in question has not I believe flown since 1970.

If it’s not a silly question. Is it arriving by road, or flying in ?

(knowing nothing about it)
