It Fairford alright, thats a Portugese Puma in the background. That should help date it.

Checked the original on Planepictures.net,but no info. Other pictures by this photographer taken at Mildenhall and Fairford.Definately looks kind of American base type building in background.
Er Bruggen 130 and Philip Elcock are one of the same,i have a few hundred
slides taken over 36 years but i never dated them or placed them 😮
