I believe that the only 707 operator allowed into the EU now is Air Memphis from Egypt. Apparently it is totally noise compliant but its nacelles no longer look anything like what we are used to!
I understand that they only have one such compliant 707 and it sometimes operates freight charters to LGW and OST.

All these old types with low bypass jet engines are phenomenally noisy and would require hush kitting to fly in todays noise concious world. The cost of hush kitting a twin engined aircraft is prohibitive, let alone a four engined aircraft.

I’m sure they’re still flying in Africa somewhere. Do they still make cargo appearances in various Euro airports? I doubt there are any flying to or around the U.S.
