I dont know how did this photographer manage to click this. This pic is take at Leh Airport the highest airfield in the worl and these aircrafts of Alliance Aie are specially modified to operate here. Even Jet has modified a B737-700 to operate to leh. Also Leh is one of the most heavily garded airfields in the world.

Leh airport is a little in the North of kashmir in the midst of Himalayas(India). these aircrafts have special oxygen system suitable for high altitude operations, and there rudders and flaps are made of stronger material to avoid them breaking due to high preassure experienced during takeoffs and landings and some other features too.
