Most likely because it is. Look at the top left of the picture, you cna see the B and O of the word BOEING. Its also in the BOEING font. This would indicate its sitting in front of a boeing hangar which tell me this 777 is in Seattle

I often think the 777 can look an awful lot like a 738 from a certain angle and not just that one.;)
