It’s not an outstanding photo by any means. But the subject is interesting.
Well done to Aloha for this fabulous retro jet! By far the most colourfull retro livery in our skies today.

Nice pic….but pic of the day??????
As I said in the thread beginner. Its nots the pic itself per se. More the livery.
They’ve gone all out on it. US Airways have chickened out on their heirtage jets and use a dull grey paint instead of polished metal. But here is Aloha, showing them how it should be done. 🙂
I prefer to look at the subject of a photo when choosing a POTD. Not just the quality of a photo.

Decent shot.
Sandy, next time, could we please have a pic of the day which features an Airbus, or is that not possible?
Only messing, I know its never gonna happen. 😀

Was this the same livery as seen in the ‘Air Crash Investigations’ programme when the fuselage tore open?

EI-CJE, EI-CJC, EI-CNW and EI-CNX twice. Loved them, the 738’s just aren’t the same!
I agree. The old ‘200’s were awesome, even if all the seats were broken!
I think the Aloha 732 looks superb, and for some odd reason I really like the word ‘FUNBIRD’ on the engine. Dunno why, I just do!
