Two more shots from the IB A320. Shot this one just after “arriving” at the runway.

Great photographs. If I can get a digital camera AND a window seat on my 747 flight, I’ll try and get some shots like this.
 But what are the chances of getting any of these things?

I guess that will include me too then…

Nice pics, but you naughty Roger¡, you´re supposed not to turn on your digital camara in landing. You´ll be sent to prison next time 😀

My advice is not to mess with increasing image size, thats were you start to run into quality probs

Cheers Roger, I’ll have a go at that.

This is the way I do it.
At first, download (for free) Irfanview in you computer. When you have done this, open the Irfanview program and look for the photo in your files and click on it. Now the picture is shown in its original size. Then go to image, and look for resize . Choose either 800 by 600 or the smaller 640 by 480 (I think). Now the photo is shrinked to fit this. If you save them (under another name) , you have a copy of the original image, but now in 72 dpi and it is mostly under 100 kb. In this way I shrink my 6mb tiffs to an averige 87 kb. You can do it in photoshop, but this is so much more easier that I prefer Irfanview. BW Roger

Roger can you advise me how to make my pics on here appear larger on screen but within the acceptable filesize ?
I can only make my pics appear quite small and I’d love to see them bigger as some of them look much better in a bigger frame.

2 great shots. Like the wing shot especially, I actually had a shot like that of mine accepted to PP.net a while back, which I was thrilled with.
The PGA c/s has always come across as a nice c/s to me… and I like the aircraft thats its on to. Very nice.
Cheers Roger. 🙂
