Can anyone having problems posting pictures to the forum please put your name down here or contact the webmaster to try and sort out the problem. I know there are several people having this problem so don’t see how it can be an individual problem with our PC’s. I’ve PM’ed the Webmaster and would appreciate any input on how to solve this problem.
Thanks,
Kev35

Just that the links are still disabled by the webmaster.
I’d imagine that since the forum was down for most of last weekend it will take a similar major effort at some point to patch it up and bring them back online. Hope its not the case but don’t hold your breath this weekend (I am making huge assumptions, of course).

Did I read somewhere that ARCo were going to fit an original Argus engine? Or perhaps it was another Storch owner/operator…?
By: gdenney - 4th September 2003 at 13:19
It was the ARCo Storch. It joined the Historic Aircraft Collection at the end of 2002

That’s the ARCo Storch, isn’t it??
The registration/radio code on the side is fitting..!

Yakrider,
I like that one too, but not because of the Bulldog 🙂
The Storch that is being built at Gransden is 3/4 scale. The Gentleman who acted as one of the German officers in our Storch/Cub scenario is building it.

And another. I flew in the Bulldog, so I like this one!
BTW I was @ Gransden on Saturday helping to set things up and noticed another Storch under rebuild in the hangar next to where the HAC one was parked. It was fitted with an inline engine. Not sure if it was an original Storch or one of the smaller Slepcev kitplanes. Anyone know any more?

Steve,
In answer to your question in the Little Gransden thread, yes that is me under the left wing of the Storch…

Geoff,
These really are the most splendid photos you are posting from the 1950’s.
Any other Spitfires as gate guards or second line units from the early/mid fifties?
How about a new thread – ‘Photos from the 1950s’?

Have looked at my settings and the “show hyperlink” setting had been checked somehow. Have re-checked it and pics (albeit under 50k) are now showing up as normal.
