Pictures From Aircraft

This is interesting from last weeks AP.

So I can’t take pic from my mates Plane unless he has a commercial licence?

I think it stands that you can take photos from your mates plane but you are not allowed to sell (make a profit) them.

I have a PPL, im hour building and take photos when I fly, my instructors also did the same during their hour building too.
