Chorley doesn’t have any losses bar a traing accident to a Hampden on 13-14/8/41… BUT Stirling LS-N, N3659, of 15Sqn apparently crashed at Berxen, whilst on a Berlin operation, after being shot down by a nightfighter on 12-13/8/41. Two crew PoW, the rest buried in Hannover War Cemetery.
