Me and a few mates headed down To PIK as we had been told a very rare visitor would be making an apperance, and it’s baby
Kevin

Sorry for the quality, the heat haze was a pain , but it gives a bit of a scale against the 4X4
And it,s Baby wasnt far behind it , in fact landed about 10 mins after it’s mammy

Excellent shots Kevin – must have been quite a sight! I’ve only been to PIK the once, but was lucky enough to catch the An-22 there (July 2003 if I remember correctly).

Wow I didn’t know this was due! 😮 🙁 Love the shot with the ‘follow me’ car, really gives a great sense of perspective.

Well PIK has been a gold mine lately, last week there were 4 KC135 and 3 C130 on the ground at the same time

WOW! That thing is absouloutly enormous. I like the view of it following the car, gives you the perspective of how big this thing really is! Is there a definite 8am departure time for this beast ?
Thanks
