Some great evaluation/performance notes on Axis aircraft here: http://www.wwiiaircraftperformance.org/

Some real gems in there.

I’m not sure if it would interest you but Crecy Publishing do RAF Style pilot’s notes for the Bf 109 and possibly the Fw 190 also.

One of the best sites on the web, well worth reading.
And not one sided like some other sites.

I have a copy of a Pilot’s Handbook for the Me-262 A-1, originally produced 10th January 1946 at Wright Field. I would be surprised if the U.S. did not also produce material for other captured aircraft.

Appendix I (Test and Handling Report Extracts) to ‘The Captive Luftwaffe’ by Kenneth S. West (Putnam, 1978) covers Messerschmitts Bf 109E-3 (AE479), Bf 109-G-2/Trop (RN228), Bf 109G-6/Us (TP814) and Bf 110C-5 (AX772), Focke-Wulfs Fw 190A-3 (MP499) and Fw 190A-5 (PM679), Junkers Ju 88R-1 (PJ876) and Ju 88A-5 (EE205) and Heinkel He 111H-1 (AW177). The fact that these are described as ‘extracts’ suggests that more extensive documentation exists or existed. Appendix II (Pilots’ Log Book Extracts) indicates that not only were these captured German aeroplanes test flown by Eric Brown but also Douglas Gough and Alan Wheeler.

The Air Ministry certainly did produce instructions for pilots of captured enemy aircraft. I have never seen one in the format of the blue or orange RAF Pilots Notes that we are all familiar with. Attached is a photo of the instructions for the Junkers 88.

I imagine plenty of original documents, including pilots notes, were recovered from crashed enemy aircraft or later when enemy airfields were overrun. One reason Captain Eric Brown was chosen to fly captured enemy aircraft was that he had studied foreign languages (German) at university and had lived in Germany (teaching English?)…

…in fact his ability as a translator was put to use by the military almost as much as his abilities as a pilot.

In the absence of better informed comment…

I don’t believe so, but I may be wrong. Depending on what your interest is, Capt Eric Brown’s accounts in Wings of the Luftwaffe et al would be a good equivalent, and there was, IIRC, a series on flying the RAFwaffe in Aeroplane Monthly a few years back.
