Nice piccy philo.The undercarriage legs on most Spits retract seperately,two legs never moving at the same time.If I remember rightly the right leg goes up about four fifths of the way,then the left one goes up all the way to the up position,and then finally the right one pops into it’s bay.This may just be a querk of the models with retractable tailwheels,but I’ve got a feeling that the pattern is the same for the others.
Not meaning to nit-pick (again),the serial on this Spit is PL965.This is the pink one that’s now at Bartow in Florida.
