PLAAF; News and Photos volume 13

Does the PLAAF have a strategic bomber? When I say
‘strategic bomber’ I mean an aircraft of intercontinental
range which can deliver nuclear bombs. Are the Chinese
working to develop such an aircraft?

I know the PLAAF has their version (uprated engines,
electronics, etc.) of the Tu-16 Badger which they
use as a cruise missile/ashm carrier and tanker. Could
it be modified further to create an intercontinental
bombing/cruise missile platform?
