I work in the public transport sector, so the paying pax puts jam on my bread.
I am all for reducing pollution levels but think that our green friends most of the time use facts as they deem fit for use……
At the moment it is car/and planes that are taboo. Soon some long haired woolly hat wearing individual will start moaning that nuclear power is unsafe, then it will be genetic enhanced crops, moblie phone masts, and ……. back to planes and cars. Has anyone ever realised how much trash is just thrown on the ground every day, just look at an average train station. Never hear these losers about this, how long does it take a fag butt to decompose?:confused:. ………I have never visited an airport that had trash all over the place(could be asking for it here:eek:)

Plane Stupid at Southampton today
It gets attention and sells newspapers.
Transport air/sea/land amounts to 10% of total Co output.
Best place to protest is outside Embassy of PRC, their coal fired power stations and industry in general are major polluters.
But blaming cars and air travel gives governments an excuse to slap another tax on us….
And indeed how do these imbiciles go on holiday etc.

All of the Global Warming idiots are fools. It has become a religion. Every time I talk with one of them the intellectual dishonesty is simply amazing. Whenever I point out to them that a single volcanic eruption puts more pollutants into the atmosphere than all of mans pollution for all of mans history they say well then we have to prevent whatever we are adding!

These people are stupid.
Perhaps all us pilots and plane spotters should get together, chain ourselves to the front gate of every plane stupid member and make a noise outside their house all day/night long. See how much they like it when its done back to them.
I wonder how many of them went abroad by plane last year and planning to do so this summer.. Stupid indeed.
