Planes in air forces, historically.

Hi,
I’m looking for some data which shows the number of planes of different type used in air forces in last 70 years. The attached image shows what I’m looking for.

I was googling, but without luck. Sources contain just the current status of airforces, without a look into history. Some time ago I saw just a plan for future developement in USAF, but I’m more interested in the past.
I also looked into Flight Global archive, but that would require a lot of time going through all the PDFs and collecting the data together. Even more, their old data for Soviet AF could be inaccurate.

I need at least a history of USAF/USN/USMC and a history of Soviet/Russian AF in 1945-2015. But any other airforce is welcome.

Do you know about something?
