Please help!

Sorry that I’m asking for so much help but, I’m not that bright with FS2002 at this stage! Now, I’ve seen so many pictures with really cool traffic, and the aircraft and airlines are REAL! I’m getting so bored of the same old American Pacific and Landmark! I’ve tried several times to add traffic but failed, so could anyone place some instructions in this thread please?
