Mouse15 It was made clear earlier in this thread that one of the big things in identifying anything in the aviation world is to either clearly describe every identifying mark or provide pictures of anything that appears to be stamped into the metal. In addition, dimensions are important. So can you offer sizes for your bits and pictures of any marks on them?

No need to thank me, that’s not what I reply for. 🙂
Just glad to help, and my remiss for not saying earlier, Welcome to the forums.

Sorry for assuming that you were a male … :apologetic: … but most usernames don’t give a clue.

Thank you to everyone for your help. Due to living in the middle of nowhere I struggle with a internet signal so can’t get online all the time. So air ministry does that sort out the bee in your bonnet ?? And by the way, I’m a SHE not a HE !

Will he have the basic courtesy to come back and thank his helpers? Many don’t.
Was that comment really called for … … after little more than a day since his first posting?

New member, two posts, both asking for information.

Mouse the full prop on the ground will have some numbers stamped on the front face that will help identify it, a Cessna 152 mcauley prop for example has the part number 1a103tcm6958 on it along with the serial number and a few other things.
This will help you see what you are looking at

McCauley prop for a Cessna 172 or something similar. As for the bits… no idea I’m afraid.

Looks like a Lycoming 0320 etc prop to me – no idea on the broken bits!
