I have been alerted thus….
JG668 has been registered to THE PEMBROKESHIRE SPITFIRE AEROPLANE COMPANY LTD on 05th January 2009.
The registration is G-CFGA.

hmmmm, 1000 days. The most recent similar re-build of a Spitfire outside of Duxford took a lot longer than 1000 days and that was well financed.
But however long it takes it is always nice to see another of these iconic planes take to the air.
Just a thought though after looking at the web site, they do know that there is another “Welsh” Spitfire dont they?

What, the website data plate?

Maybe they should retain a few parts of the website and construct a new version !

Yes, I’ve seen worse too, but this one isnt good.
I could restore a Spitfire (and have), and would pay someone to do the website!

Great news!
He he, I thought that too Bruce. I particularly like the ‘1980s Space Invaders style’ photograph resolution!
However – I jest lightly for I probably couldn’t make a better site, and I certainly couldn’t restore a Spitfire! Great news to have another one on the register – can’t wait for those ‘1000 days’ to be up to see her in the air!
Will it be at…..?
