Hi all,
This is a real long shot but you have been so helpful in the past I thought I’d give it a go.
A local resident in Biggin Hill has asked me:
“I wonder if you could help me ? a friend of mine in his mid 80’s told me that at the closure of RAF Biggin Hill a poem was read, it transpires that this poem was written by my friends late father, unfortunately he no longer has a copy and would dearly like to read the poem again.”
Any info would be appreciated.

Well, it is historic. And there is an airfield there. And the RAF is mentioned.

I did think that but I didn’t think it was ‘aviation’ as such, but thinking about it it could be a good move.
