Is there any facility online where I can research Polish RAF aircrew?

You would do better writing / visiting The Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum in London. They are very helpful, especially if you offer a donation.
They are indeed very helpful, and they have lots and lots of photoalbums of aircrew when I was there in 2001 researching Bogoslav Morski’s crew. Unfortunatly they had no captions to go with them so indentifying aircrew was impossible.

How about telling us the name?
I’d rather not do that just now….the gentleman’s relatives are still alive , and, until I have made contact with them, I don’t feel it would be polite to have his name bouncing around the internet.

All I have is a name – just curious to see what I can find.

Dave,
You could try posting what details you have on the RAFCommands forum at http://www.rafcommands.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?1-Main-Category&order=desc .
There are a couple of Polish contributors there who are very knowledgable about Polish airmen.

Depends on what sort of information you seek.
