Post WW2 shoot downs

Can anyone tell me the serial number of the RAF Dakota and fate of the crew and passengers
The Dakota was forced down in southern Yugoslavia near Nis in 1946?
Pilot of the Yak-3 was reported to be Zelijko Cermelj.

This incident not to be confused with the 9th August USAAF C47 shot down or the 19th August USAAF C47 shot down.

The aircraft may only have been damaged and later returned to RAF service but that seems unlikely.
So, which one was it?

I can’t find a RAF Dakota incident that even remotely matches. On a couple of web sites they say 3 USAAF C-47 were lost in August 1946 and 1 RAF. But another web site says 4 USAAF C-47s. I winder if it was an RAF one..
