As I’m working on some FAA FG.1 drawings went through my old slides. Here goes to kick this off. Been some time since we’ve seen these FG.1s, so here are a couple from my personal collection, taken in 1973 at Malta. Anyone with more details about the zap on the tail of ‘005’, below the fin code ‘R’, would be most welcome.

not the most fab of shots but i was rushed to get them as they did a linal flyby as they did a small tour of of the RAF stations. yes i know they are ther RAF ones but i hope you think them worthy?.

Not brilliant pics, only had an “instamatic” in those days. If I remember rightly they were taken at a very wet Yeovilton Air Day and nothing flew.
