PPL (A) Training in the N-West

Greetings everyone, I started my PPL training 2 years ago, but with the uncertainty of what was going on at Barton I put it on hold for a while. I am looking at continuing in the near future. Has anyone out there got any advice/experience of any of the schools based at Blackpool or Liverpool that may help me ?

Training in NW

Ravenair are not the only outfit at Barton.

LAC Flying School are located on the field with Cessna’s, Grob 115s, and Warriors .

Ravenair are still at Barton, aren’t they? They and MSF at Manc Int seem to come down a lot to Halfpenny Green in their PA-38s.

PPL in the North West

Why not continue at Barton? As an Instructor there things are as normal insofar as flying training is concerned.

Heard good things about Multiflight myself but was told it can spend quite a bit of time up in the clouds:eek:

I’m currently looking myself aswell. MultiFlight in Leeds looks quite decent but i’ve not seen any for Barton yet. I heard Blackpool is pretty good though.
