PPL Radio exam

Well here I am, six exams done, one to go. But it’s the Radio exam and that’s not covered in the Confuser. Any recommendations as to what publications to go for? Trevor Thom 7 and CAP413 have been suggested to me, any other recommendations? Cheers chaps…

Cap 413 is all you will need as the text books are based on it. It can be be downloaded from the Internet, don’t be suckered into paying £14.00 through Transair. Remember though its actually 2 exams, a theory and a practical.

CAP 413 is all I read and it go me through. Radio is difficult to learn from a book, it is practice that does the trick. Learn Mayday and Pan procedures, and the Q codes, that then should see you through.
