I just checked the list of Me262s that you gave us. Useful data.
But re the Hendon example, 112372: its former RAF marks are not given. I saw it in March 1961 at Bicester’s Exhibition Flight, in their hangar waiting to be repainted. It still had its original Luftwaffe marks, on top of which I could just make out VK893, that it had used at Farnborough I think.
The marks had gone a month later (April 1961).
