Thanks for the post. We’re aware that the moderator role is restricted at present and although we had plans to work on this earlier in the year, the current global crisis has put pressure on digital development and has simply meant that we had to refocus our resource for the time being. We will get back on to this. But in the meantime, we would ask that moderators email digitalhelpdesk@keypublishing.com – this will allow us to quickly deal with any spam accounts.
