Problems with the private messaging service

WM, mate I’ve tried sending you a private message about this, but I guess you didn’t get it.

I have now reached my limit of 50 messages in this service, but oddly enough, there aren’t any in there. I’ve deleted all bar a few that I really need, and those I’ve placed in sub folders. and been through the receipt messages and deleted those but it still says that I have 50. What can I do to correct this problem?

Ok deleted the pms, and it said that 50 were removed, so hopefully you won’t have any more problems with it.

If anyone else has any issues with pms please post.

Yeah mate go ahead, I’ve downloaded them and to my suprise there are the ones that I thought I had deleted before, interesting that, looks like if you delete a message, it only stops showing in your box but doesn’t go away completely, that’s going to cause head aches for you!

Right, it looks like the only way to do this is to delete all your pms. Do I have the go ahead to do this?

Ja the database is saying this:

Sent Items 41
Navy 7
Airforce 1
Other 1
Total 50

I take it this is wrong for the number of pms you have in those folders?

That’s ok mate at least you are on it now!
Last message I sent about this was 7th July 2004 01:48 and I still have it sitting in my messages as waiting to be received!

It seems the webmaster is not an easy person to get hold of. Even his email address doesn’t seem to work. Either that or my recent email was just ignored?

Try covering your eyes; then you won’t see them. 🙂
