Hey there,
My friends at the Freeman Field Aviation Museum have sent me some photos of a prop blade they are trying to identify.
Seeing as Freeman was where all the captured WWII aircraft were tested, there is a fair chance that it is not of USA origin.
I did think one of the symbols looked a bit Japanese, but I really have no idea. Japanese aircraft manuals are VERY thin on the ground, but I’m still looking.
Any help gratefully received!!!!
Oh, the only other information I have is that the blade stands about 6ft 2in tall, so it would be around 13ft diameter taking the hub into account.
