Can anyone help with this info and what tools are needed to do this, which is very urgent.

Sorry not much help, but by coincidence I was editing this photo last night.
I seem to remember that the kit was quite large and included a torque multiplier that was required to break the nut, there was also a sling for the dome, which is quite heavy! Those guys at Bournemouth must have the tooling!

Thanks for the info, does anyone have any books , also the engine is in a building on a stand with a small door and needs moving quick.

20 feet up? I can only think of one Aircraft with Tynes that high off the ground…
The main piece of equipment you would need would be the torque convertor.

Hi Graham,
I think it has the larger pressure dome but the nut size is “standard”. I may be able to help as I have some tooling. Most important piece of kit will be the crane to lift the 700lb-plus bulk of the prop off of the engine from 20 feet up!
