Propeller information required

Can anyone help as a friend of mine has a prop possibly from ww1. I have not seen it but on it is the following. i presume its Italian.

The motor it appears to be off is the Alfa Romeo 115 perhaps fitted originally to a Caproni C309 Ghibli two motor colonial aeroplane of the late 1930s. Possibly borrowed in Libya?
