Proposed Mirage 2000 package for india???

Does anybody have any details on the package being offered by the french for the Indian airforces 126 fighter requirement?
Is the version on offer M2K5mk2 or M2K9 (like the UAE’s)
What weapons are being offered? (specifically black shaheen?)
Is dassault offering to bring the existing IAF fleet up to the standard of the proposed new aircraft?
How many mirage 2000’s (including recent aquisitions) does the IAF currently have?
