Props found off Irish Coast

Need the help of the Knowledgeable people to identify two props taken from the sea off the Irish West Coast, one off Kerry and the other off Galway. One had PW on the prop when taken ashore. Any help appreciated.

Thank you all for your help. Spit I am afraid every time I see that name mentioned I think of the Dandy , Beano, Hotspur, Rockfist Rogan and Hans Christian Anderson. Thanks for the thought anyway.
