Just thought this was an interesting piccie
Look at the small Britannia Airways logo. First airline in Europe for the 767.
Dont remember CP Air ordering any.

I would certainly pay that money for it again, as I now know how rare it is. One of the models even came with the original landing gear set.
Especially rare considering the real aircraft never flew in these colours. Infact the classic stripey Britannia livery was designed for the launch of 767 services.

It’s a very nice model, I even saw it for sale on ebay. But surely it wasn’t worth as much as that?

Went on a 732 BY in those colours back in ’86 BHX-FAO, can’t remember the reg although I think it was nicknamed “sir Frances Chichester”

You might just be in luck as I have two, but considering I paid 35 pounds on Ebay for it (as it is one of only a few made) you will need to make a good offer !!!

And several years later the types 2nd visit to the FAB airshow:
Nice to see the Britannia logo amongst the launch customers. I remember seeing mock up pictures of the 762 in the Britannia in-flight magazine around that time. It was in this livery…
