games make the machine, if there’s no interesting game to exploit the X-box’s potential, then no one will bother playing it.. the PS2 by far has more interesting games.
What does the PS 2 have that’s more interesting than the XBox titles available?

XBox. Hands down. The PS2 has an error in the DVD software which means that there are hundreds of titles that won’t play. The XBox offers better graphics, faster framerates, and Halo! Plus you never need a memory card, and you can copy music to the hard drive to listen to while playing. And of course, XBox Live is outstanding. Are there more games for the PS2? Duh, it’s been out longer.

I had a PS2, it was okay but not many good titles out. Lots of cheap rubbish. Flight Sim’s like Air Combat were okay and Ghost Recon’, Tau Fire Warrior, GT3, Metal Gear Sons of Liberty and Conflict Zone were decent enough. However most were poor and repetitive. The PS2 probably has 20-30 football games out, I mean c’mon how much variety can there be in kicking a ball up and down a field?
XBox is again okay but not many games out and quite expensive for each one. Halo os quite addictive.

If you consider that you don’t play with the box but with the games, PS2 is the one which offers the biggest amount of games.
I would recommend the PS2.
