I am hoping somebody in this forum might either have some of the following plastic pulley guards available or know somebody who might. Their model numbers are AS112, AS113, or AS114. They are about 1.6″ dia and approximaetly .3-.4″ across. If anybody can help please email me.

We have some of these in stock, new and unused. How many do you need?
Give me a call.

I am afraid the only way to get VGS342 is to make them… If you have access to a friendly CNC lathe owner, that might be the best way.

Pulley Help
Thanks for the Info I did not think about Light Aero because their catologue did not show the pulley guards. However considering the post about interchangability they may not be suitable. Anyway thanks for the info and if anybody has more info or parts please contact me.

Harold
Beware – they look a lot like the VGS342 pulleys in the Spitfire, but the latter are thinner, and they dont interchange! I have used the AS ones on a Hurricane and seen them on other aircraft, but not the Spitfire!
I hope the project continues to make good progress
Cheers
