Can anyone please tell me the dimensions of these switches ?, I am particularly after those for the centres between the 2 mounting holes, the width of oval flange, & the sizes of the small rectangular bit behind the main flange.
Cheer’s.

Hi Bob,
N5CD Rotax, mounting holes 2″ apart, mounting hole 1 1/4″, oval body 2.36 inches long, width 1 1/2″ .
It has an alloy press button. And its very hard find with its metal engine starter cover.
Kind Regards Mike
Mike
What type(s) were these used on? They are new to me.

Many thanks for the photo’s. I’m now fairly certain that these are the ones I’m after.
Aerovintage had some for sale, but have run out of stock “just my luck LOL”.

Cheer’s for the info Mike. These may well be the switches I’m looking for.
Is it rectangular or square behind the oval flange ?. I am having to go on dimensions measured from a full sized GA of the panel, which only has a few dimensions drawn on it “for the positioning of labels”.
On the drawing, the distance between the centres of the mounting screw holes measures 1/15/16″, & the mounting hole cut out is rectangular
(1/9/16″ x 1/3/16″).
There would probably not have been any of the covers as on your switch, because there is an alloy flap on the panel which covers them.
I could do with a pair of these (or ones with bakelite press buttons) if anyone has any going spare.
Cheer’s.
