Qatar Airways Business class MAN – Cape Town

Has anyone anyone flown the Manchester flights with this airline? If yes, which lounge are we able to use at MAN?
Qatar says it is an A330-200.Any feedback on the quality of this airline/class would be appreciated. Their website looks good but …….
I have found a few reviews on the web but I am not sure how accurate they are. Any Cape Town hotel recommendations would be welcome as well.
