I was wondering recently, having a QC aircraft is ingenious, meaning you can increase utilisation rates but nobody manufacturs a Quick Change aircraft. The profitable airlines in the world, who use them, are unable to replace them, e.g. First Air.
Also why does Airbus not manufacture a single freight aircraft, other than the A380F? Boeing are set to take a sizeable chunk of this market, the russians the other?
Anybody got any reasons?
