Question: In the year 2004 why do airlines use boarding passes?

If they insist on using them, why can’t we have smaller ones, credit card sized? I always bend the damn things in my pocket because the are awkward to carry.

You probably think I’m a right boring git with my boarding pass fascination all of a sudden….but I have an excuse, this new found passion gets me away from DIY, particularly resealing the bath tub!
