question about APG-77 suppose "secret mode"

according to aviation week, Lockheed secretly brief some senators about the capability of APG-77.
according to the report the APG-77 radar able “fried” enemy microchip .(?!)the report claim that the radar can perform a powerful jamming energy not only disrupt the enemy radar system,but actually damage the microchip.
do anyone has info on this matter.
