I’m travelling from LHR to MAN next Friday, but Im not sure about luggage restrictions, as the bmi website won’t work for me.
I’ll only have a mini suitcase with things like clothes and some electricals in, but I’m wanting to take a perfume set and a few perfume bottles too. Am I allowed to carry them in my bags or will they ask me to bin it at the airport if I do?
Thanks!

Yes…I usually get stuck behind the idiots trying to take cases of beer or wine through, then argueing with the security as if thats gonna help!!!

Just to clarify these are not bmi baggage restrictions, they are EU hand baggage restrictions.
If you do manage to get more than a 100ml bottle through, please for aviations sake, dont try and hijack the flight with it.

As long as they’re in containers of 100ml or less and you don’t have more than one litre in total, you can take them on board in the cabin without a problem. Just put them on top of the rest of your stuff in clear, re-sealable plastic bags when you go through security. If the bottles are more than 100ml, they’ll have to be binned unfortunately or put in your hold luggage if you have any. That applies to any airline flying in the UK at the moment.
Hope that helps!

Sure does, thanks! 🙂
